Thank you for shopping at Trojala! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Primary Carrier: All orders within Finland are shipped and delivered using Posti's services.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery via Posti usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. (Free shipping may apply for orders exceeding a specific promotional threshold).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Posti tracking number.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.

Uncollected Packages

  • Posti holds shipments at pick-up points for a limited time (typically 7 days).

  • If a package is not collected in time and is returned to us, Trojala reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover the return shipping and administrative costs.

Damages, Lost Packages & Issues

  • Trojala is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once handed over to the carrier, but we will always assist you in resolving transit issues.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately, keep all packaging materials, and contact us at trojala.fi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

International Shipping

  • Currently, our primary shipping methods are handled via Posti for domestic and international deliveries.
